TrulyFreePDF is a free suite of tools for editing, signing, converting, splitting, merging, compressing, and OCR-ing PDF and document files. Every tool runs entirely inside your web browser.
It exists to do the everyday document jobs people need without the usual catches: no account to create, no watermark stamped on your files, no daily task limit, and no upload of your documents to a server.
Most online PDF tools upload your file to a server to process it, so a copy of your document leaves your device. TrulyFreePDF does not. Each tool loads its code once, then does all the work locally in your browser tab, so your file is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Because nothing is uploaded, the tools are private by design and keep working offline once a page has loaded. You do not have to take our word for it: open your browser’s Network panel while you use any tool and you will see that no request carries your file. Our guides walk through this check step by step.
There is no paywall, no “Pro” tier, and no feature held back — every tool is the complete tool. To keep the tools free to run, the site may in future show unobtrusive advertising; if and when it does, that will be disclosed here and in our Privacy Policy, and it will not change the core promise that your files stay on your device.
We use only privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are useful — never anything that tracks you across other websites.
