You keep all rights to the files you open. Because processing happens on your device and nothing is uploaded, we never receive, store, or have access to your files, and we cannot recover them — please keep your own backups of anything important.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and modify the files you process, and for the content of those files.
You agree not to use TrulyFreePDF to create, process, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or interfere with the service or other users.

The site is delivered through a hosting provider and may, when enabled, display ads through Google AdSense. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
