How to clean CSV data

Limits & good to know

• CSV and TSV files up to 50 MB, 500,000 rows, and 2,000 columns are processed on your device.
• Only whitespace at the beginning and end of cell values is trimmed; spaces inside values are preserved.
• Duplicate comparison is exact by default; optional case-insensitive matching keeps the first row encountered.

It trims cell-edge whitespace, removes blank data rows, and removes duplicate rows. It does not change values beyond those cleanup rules.
