Create a Chart from CSV, free in your browser
Choose a label column and a numeric column to create a downloadable SVG bar chart. Blank and non-numeric values are skipped; chart output is limited to 30 rows.
How to create a chart from CSV data
- Choose a CSV or TSV file with a label column and numeric values.
- Select the label and value columns to plot.
- Create the chart, review the preview, and download the SVG.
Limits & good to know
- CSV and TSV files up to 50 MB are processed locally in your browser.
- The chart uses the first 30 rows with numeric values; blank or non-numeric values are skipped.
- SVG output stays sharp when resized, but is a chart image rather than an editable spreadsheet chart.
Frequently asked questions
- Are my files uploaded to a server?
- Your files are processed on your device, not uploaded to our servers. Your file and edits are saved in this browser for recovery, and previous documents remain in Saved drafts when you open another file. Use Saved drafts to resume or delete individual copies, or clear this site’s browser data to remove all copies. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable; download important work.
- Can I change which columns appear in the chart?
- Yes. Choose the category labels and numeric values from the detected columns before creating the chart.
- Why are some rows missing?
- Rows with blank or non-numeric values are skipped. The chart also stops after 30 numeric rows to keep the preview readable.
- Is this really free, or free "until you hit a limit"?
- Really free. Unlike most "free" PDF sites there is no task-per-day cap, no locked Pro features, no watermark stamped on your file, and no payment step before download. Every tool is the full tool.
